Sooo, if you don't have your book, let us know on this post. It's possible that the plague could still be delaying some deliveries.
Hey all, just wanted to remind our international backers to fill out this survey by February 14th!
More people have said yes than we expected, which is great, but please don’t feel shy to answer no if you haven’t received your copy. All answers help us put together a better picture so we can get Sundown to everyone who still needs it.
PS. No news on the postal claim.
This link is a survey for our international backers asking whether you've received your copy of Sundown. The survey will close on February 7th, in two weeks, and we will send new copies to anyone that answered no. Every backer that responds yes significantly lessens the financial load on us, so we appreciate your responses.

PS. We have filed our postal claim, it'll be a bit for we hear anything else with that, but we're hoping that USPS will honor the claim.

We know that we said last time would be the last you hear of us, but we’ve had a little… incident.
The first leg in the journey of our international orders was from the United States to the United Kingdom. Our fulfiller sent twenty books, and only five arrived. At some point in shipping, the books were repackaged by the postal service, and we have no idea where the rest of these books are.
Our fulfillers were diligent and careful, and they went to great lengths to take good care of Sundown. This is an issue with our postal service.
What we do know: the few repackaged books and dice made it safely, and we have just enough spare books and dice here to make up for the rest of the shipment.
We are currently filing a postal claim for all the stuff that went missing, but this is going to cause some delays in international fulfillment. In the spirit of financial disclosure: this is going to hurt us. We don’t have reason to expect the postal service will honor our claim, but we’ll do what we can.
If you are one of our international backers, we just want you to know we will get you your books, and we are deeply sorry for the delays. Hopefully this will be resolved within a few weeks, and everyone will receive their book with no further issues. If you do receive your book before we ship replacements, please let us know. The books were individually packaged with their intended address. Even though these individual packages didn’t have postage paid, there’s still a chance they’ll get delivered.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we sort all this out and get books shipped again.

The first of our softcovers will be arriving to addresses in the United States in about, uhh, now.
Other than that, there's not really much left for us to say. Thank you for supporting us and joining us on this journey, and we hope you have fun, compelling, intriguing, and heartfelt adventures!
